The team at SARX® Technology has over 15 years of extensive experience in all aspects of hardware, firmware, software design and management of mixed discipline engineering R&D teams. We define, create and review hardware, firmware and software designs, from systems down to component level, taking into consideration EMC, mechanical, thermal, quality assurance, fabrication and assembly requirements for both low and high-volume manufacturing. We have extensive design experience in mixed signal Digital and Analogue electronics, namely with FPGA, SoC and Microprocessor technologies in commercial, safety critical and radiation environments. Our expertise also extends to designing, verifying and validating custom FPGA firmware (IP) for communications and complex processing, including embedded FPGA Microprocessors to DO-254 and ISO 13485 standards. We engage with all levels of personnel working both for and around a team with an aim to increase productivity and consistently meet the requirements and goals of every project.
These projects have included ASICs, FPGAs, embedded processors and SoC designs commissioned by Commercial, Medical Electronics, Defence, Aerospace and Space market sectors; such as Machine Vision, Professional Audio, Radar, Radar Warning Receivers, Cryptography, Safety Critical Flight Motor Control and Satellite Communications (low SwaP Software Defined Radio terminals and transponders).
Our CEO Narek Sarkissian, Imperial College Alumni, is the brains behind the company and is a firm believer that engineering is always more beautiful when it has been optimised to yield the most efficient solution.
